FSF-1 Sea Fighter is a warship prototype designed to test the ability to ship a battleship catamarans future belongs to the U.S. Navy. FSF project has been in operation since 2003 and if the test showed positive results, the FSF board configuration to replace Destroyer ship types that apply now. Catamaran construction was chosen because found to be more effectively used when rough seas while having a lower coefficient of friction for a similar-sized conventional vessels.
